Henceforth clearance into examination halls by printout will no longer be adequate. At the point, of clearance into any examination of the University e.g. Mid-Semester test, end of Semester exams etc students must produce their ID cards.

All students who have not obtained current ID cards from FATA system (the University Printing Press) should make haste to do so. FATA systems is the only body authorized to produce ID cards for Ambrose Alli University staff and students.

For the avoidance of doubt, current 100 level and 200 level who paid ID card fee along with school fees, need not pay anything else for ID cards.

Old students who have collected ID cards from FATA systems (University Press) at the point of entry need not make new ID cards.

However, any student who has misplaced their ID cards can get a new one on the payment of N2,000 (Two thousand naira) only.

Please note that processing, collection and issuance of ID cards should be done through the office of the Dean of Students.

For the purpose of emphasis, henceforth, No ID cards, No Exams.
