The ceremony will hold on Friday, 12 December 2025, at the University Auditorium on the main campus in Uturu. The start time is 11:00 a.m.

Guests are encouraged to be seated by 10:30 a.m. before the Vice-Chancellor’s procession enters the hall. This helps the programme run in an orderly way and keeps each part of the event clear for those present.
