ACHCONSA Post UTME Form for 2025/2026 Admission

• Score at least 100 marks in the 2025 JAMB UTME
• Your JAMB subject combination must include English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
• Choose ACHCONSA as your first or second choice during JAMB registration
• Have at least five credits in any of WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or their equivalent
  • Subjects must include: English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
  • These credits must be earned in no more than two sittings
• Be at least 17 years old

Only candidates who meet all these requirements should proceed with the application.
