- Have at least five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
- Results can be from WAEC or NECO, obtained in no more than two sittings.
- If using NABTEB, all credits must be earned in a single sitting.
- Candidates must have selected Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, FUHSTH Azare as their first choice during their JAMB registration.
