Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Post UTME Form for ND Nursing 2025

The Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, Azare, Bauchi State, also known as the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Azare, has commenced the sale of its Post-UTME admission form for admission into its National Diploma (ND) in Nursing Sciences for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Who Can Apply Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences Post UTME Form?

To qualify for admission, candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Have at least five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
• Results can be from WAEC or NECO, obtained in no more than two sittings.
• If using NABTEB, all credits must be earned in a single sitting.
• Candidates must have selected Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, FUHSTH Azare as their first choice during their JAMB registration.

How to Get the Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences Post UTME Form

• Forms are available only at the Admission Office of the college:
  
  Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, Azare, Bauchi State.
• The form costs ₦7,500.
• Payment is to be made at the college, not online.
