Professor (Law)

Requirements

• Applicants must Possess good First degree, Master’s degree and Ph.D. in relevant field with at least 15 years of teaching and research experience at the University level.
• Applicants should show evidence of scholarship and track record of outstanding Research/Publications in International and local peer reviewed journals.
• Applicants must have extensive knowledge in any of the following area of laws: environmental law oil and gas law, intellectual property or corporate law
• Applicants must also demonstrate ability to supervise research projects.

Associate Professor (Law)

Requirements

• Applicants must Possess good First degree, Master’s degree and Ph.D. in relevant field with a minimum of 10 years of teaching and research experience in a University.
• Applicants should show evidence of scholarship and track record of outstanding Research/Publications in International and local peer reviewed journals.

Note: Master’s Degree Holders are not eligible in line with NUC minimum standard.

Senior Lecturer (Law)

Requirements

• Applicants must possess good First degree, Master’s degree and Ph.D in relevant field.
• In addition, applicants should have at least 6 years of previous teaching and research experience in a University with evidence of scholarship and track record of outstanding Research/Publications In International and local peer reviewed journals.

Lecturer I (Law)

Requirements

• Applicants must possess good First degree, Master’s degree and Ph.D in relevant field. In addition, applicants should have at least 3 years of previous teaching and research experience in a University with evidence of scholarship and record of outstanding Research/Publications in International and local peer reviewed journals.
• A Ph.D Degree Holders is preferable.

Lecturer II (Law)

Requirements

• Applicants must possess good First degree, Master’s degree in either Public or Private Laws. In addition, applicants should have at least 2 years experience after the Call-to-Bar and show evidence of commitment to academic pursuit such as registration for Ph.D in any university in Nigeria or abroad.
• Applicants with evidence of publication in International and local peer reviewed Research/Publications is preferable.

Law Librarian

Requirements

• Applicants must possess good First degree in Law (LL.B & BL) with MLS/MILS from a recognized university with at least 3 years of cognate experience.

Professor (Nursing)

Requirements

• Applicants must Possess good First degree, Master’s degree and Ph.D. with specialization in Medical Surgical Nursing/Community Health Nursing/Maternal and Child-Health Nursing with at least 15 years of teaching and research experience at the University level.
• Applicants should show evidence of scholarship and track record of outstanding research in International and local peer reviewed Research /Publications.
• He/she must also demonstrate ability to mentor and supervise research projects.

Associate Professor (Nursing)

Requirements

• Applicants must Possess good First degree, Master’s degree and Ph.D. with specialization in Medical Surgical Nursing/Community Health Nursing/Maternal and Child-Health Nursing with a minimum of 10 years of teaching and research experience in a University and evidence of Research/Publications in International and local peer reviewed Research/Publications.

• Ph.D in above specializations will be an added advantage.
• In addition, applicants should have at least 3 years of previous teaching and research experience in a University with Research/Publications, in International and Local peer reviewed journals.

Lecturer II (Nursing)

Requirements

• Applicants must possess good First degree and Master’s degree with specialization in Medical Surgical Nursing/Community Health Nursing/Maternal and Child-Health Nursing.
• In addition, applicants should have a Fresh Ph.D or Master’s with at least five (5) peer reviewed Research/Publications.
• Proof of registration for a Ph.D programme by a Master’s holder will be an added advantage.
