ADSU Hostel Accommodation Schedule 2025/2026
Adamawa State University (ADSU) has shared the timetable for its accommodation allocation for the 2025/2026 session. The update came from the Student Affairs Division on 4 December 2025 and applies to new entrants and returning students.
The schedule outlines key dates, places, and steps students need to follow as they prepare for the new academic year.
Key Dates for Allocation
The Student Affairs Division confirmed that the process will run in two parts. The first round is set for 8 January 2026. The second round will take place on 15 January 2026. Students who aim to secure a space need to take a photocopy of their current school fees receipt to the Student Affairs Office on the correct day.
Once a space is picked, the reservation stays valid for four days. Students who do not complete payment in that time will lose the space automatically.
Campuses and Faculties Covered
Accommodation has been planned for two campuses, each serving different faculties and departments.
Abubakar Barde Campus
- Faculty of Agriculture
- Faculty of Education
- Faculty of Social Science
- Faculty of Management and Administration
- Faculty of Environmental Science
Boni Campus
- Faculty of Arts
- Faculty of Science and Computing
- Faculty of Law
- Department of Science Education for 100, 200, and 400 levels
How Allocation Will Run
The university noted that spaces are limited. Allocation will follow a first-come, first-serve system. The process starts at 7:30 a.m. on each stated date, so early arrival gives students a better chance of securing their preferred hostel.
For questions linked to documents, payments, or campus-specific details, students can reach the Student Affairs Office on their campus.
What Students Should Prepare
Checklist for a Smooth Process
- Photocopy of current school fees receipt
- Knowledge of the correct allocation date
- Early arrival to avoid queues
Students who keep to these simple steps should find the process easier.
