ADSU Notice on Collection of Convocation Gowns

The management of Adamawa State University (ADSU), Mubi, has issued a notice to all faculty officers and members of the university community regarding the collection of convocation gowns ahead of the upcoming Convocation Ceremony scheduled for Saturday, 1st November 2025.

Faculty officers are directed to collect the congregation gowns for members of their respective faculties at the designated venue and time provided by the Academic Division.

ADSU Convocation Gown Collection Details

• Date: Thursday, 30th October 2025
• Time: 9:00 a.m.
• Venue: Academic Division (Usman Takaya’s Office)

Eligible participants are reminded to come along with a photocopy of their University ID Card for verification before collecting their gowns.
