Admission Requirements
MSc Aerospace Vehicle Design
- Academic Qualifications: Applicants must have a minimum of five credits, including English and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings.
- Degree Requirements: A second class lower in a first degree in Aerospace Engineering, Material Sciences, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields is required.
MSc Thermal Power
- Academic Qualifications: A minimum of five credits, including English and Mathematics, is needed in no more than two sittings.
- Degree Requirements: A second class lower in a first degree in relevant fields is required.
PGD in Aerospace Engineering
- Academic Qualifications: Applicants need a minimum of five credits, including English and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings.
- Degree Requirements: A third class in a first degree or an HND with at least a lower credit in Material Sciences, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields is required.
PGD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- Academic Qualifications: A minimum of five credits, including English and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings is required.
- Degree Requirements: A third class in a first degree or an HND with at least a lower credit in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields is required.
PGD in Construction Technology
- Academic Qualifications: A minimum of five credits, including English and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings is required.
- Degree Requirements: A third class in a first degree or an HND with at least a lower credit in Construction Technology or related fields is required.
PGD in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Academic Qualifications: A minimum of five credits, including English and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings is required.
- Degree Requirements: A third class in a first degree or an HND with at least a lower credit in Purchasing and Supply or related fields is required.
Method of Application
The application process is conducted online, and the portal is currently open for registration.
Applicants must complete the online postgraduate application by visiting the AFIT School of Postgraduate Studies website.
An application fee of N15,300 is required.
To apply for any postgraduate programme at AFIT, follow these steps:
- Visit the Application Portal: Go to the AFIT Postgraduate Application Portal.
- Complete the Application Form: Fill out the online application form with accurate and current information.
- Submit the Application: Ensure that all required documents are attached, and submit the application online.
