The Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic (AKWAIBOMPOLY) has issued a notice regarding the commencement of the 2024 Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES).

The training will run for a period of four months, concluding on Wednesday, 5th March 2025.

Students wishing to conduct their SIWES training outside Akwa Ibom State must take the following steps:

1. Locate the nearest Industrial Training Fund (ITF) office.
2. Submit the Students Commencement of Attachment Form (SCAF).
3. Ensure the log books are signed at the ITF office before returning to campus.
