Mandatory On-Campus Hostel Accommodation for Al-Hikmah Freshers and Final Year Students

The Al-Hikmah University is set to implement a key policy regarding hostel accommodation, affecting all freshers, 200-level, and final-year students. This announcement brings clarity on the accommodation process for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Key Information on Accommodation

The hostel portal will officially open on Friday, 11th October 2024. In accordance with the University’s policy, approved by the Governing Council, all students in the specified categories are required to reside within the University campuses.

• Who must stay on campus:
  • Freshers
  • 200-level students
  • Final-year students

No exceptions will be made for these categories. It is crucial to understand that students falling under these categories will not be allowed to live off-campus.

Accommodation Payment Process

Parents are advised to ensure that their wards pay for accommodation only through the University hostel account. Making payments through any other means or opting for private hostels outside the campus will be considered a violation of the University’s directive.
