ASCOEA 2023/2024 Statement of Result Collection

The Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare (ASCOEA), affiliated with the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID), has announced that the 2023/2024 undergraduate statements of result are now ready for collection. This follows the official approval of the results by the Senate of the University of Maiduguri.

All graduates are advised to visit the School of Undergraduate Studies at ASCOEA starting from Monday, 27 October 2025, to collect their statements of result. The college management emphasises that this process applies to all graduates from the approved academic session.

Collection Procedure at ASCOEA

To collect the statement of result, each graduate must:

1. Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦27,500 only through the Remita payment platform.
2. Present proof of payment at the School of Undergraduate Studies before collection.
3. Ensure that all outstanding obligations to the college are settled prior to the visit.

Graduates are reminded that no statement of result will be issued without evidence of complete payment.

Payment and Certificate Details

The ₦27,500 payment covers both the statement of result and the certificate processing fee. Students who have completed their degree programmes under the ASCOEA–UNIMAID affiliation are to follow this instruction to receive their academic documents promptly.

The college encourages graduates to complete the process early to avoid congestion as the collection period progresses.
