4. Academic Transcripts: Arrange for your previous institution(s) to send hard copies of your academic transcripts directly to the Head of the Department of your chosen programme. Note that your application will not be considered without a valid transcript.
5. Ph.D Applicants: Must upload a Pre-proposal or Synopsis and ensure that a hard copy is sent by post to the Head of the Department of their proposed programme.
6. NYSC Certification: Applicants must have an NYSC discharge or exemption certificate to be eligible.
