- Candidates with Cambridge certificates issued before 2020 must verify their results directly with Cambridge. This process takes up to 28 days, after which the verification will reflect in the candidate’s JAMB e-Facility profile.

- Candidates whose DE results are not yet available at the time of UTME registration can upgrade later.

E. Keeping SIM Number Active
Candidates who obtain SIMs only for JAMB registration (and do not use them regularly) are advised to use the “Keep My Number (KMN)” facility provided by Telcos.
- 📌 This feature prevents the SIM from being reassigned if unused.
- 📌 KMN keeps the SIM active for three years and can be renewed.
- ⚠️ JAMB has NO involvement in this transaction. It is optional but recommended.
- 📌 Any candidate who wants to keep the SIM active must inform their Telco provider when purchasing the SIM.
