Babcock University Resumption Date and Schedule
The resumption date for all 100 Level and Direct Entry students is divided over two days for convenience:
Tuesday, 15th October 2024
- Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Important Resumption Instructions
On arrival at the Babcock University campus, students must follow these important steps:
- Go directly to the respective halls of residence for accommodation.
- Present proof of fee payment (Student Receipt) at the hall before getting a room.
- Only students who have paid their fees will be allowed on campus.
- The schedule of school fees is available on the Babcock University Website.
Payment Process for New Students
The payment process for the resumption at Babcock University can be completed in a few simple steps:
- From the congratulatory message window, click on “Next”.
- Upload your JAMB admission letter by clicking on “drag and drop files or browse”.
- After uploading, proceed to the acceptance fee window and click “make payment”.
- Pay the acceptance fee, then download and print the receipt.
- Click “make additional payment” from the menu to pay the remaining school fees.
- After payment, complete the acceptance form by clicking “acceptance form” on the menu.
Final Admission Process for Last Batch
The final admission process for the 2024/2025 academic session is still ongoing for the last batch of applicants.
All qualified candidates will be recommended to JAMB for admission and will be expected to resume immediately after accepting their JAMB admission letter.
Items Allowed on Campus
For a comfortable stay, students are allowed to bring the following items:
- Bedding: Bed sheet sets, pillowcase, mattress cover with a zipper.
- Clothing: Corporate attire (both African and English), shirts, trousers for men, skirts for women at least 3 inches below the knee.
- Essentials: Laptop, laundry bag, towels, soap, toiletries, study lamp, electric kettle.
- Other Items: Flashlight, pressing iron, alarm clock.
Items Not Allowed on Campus
Students should avoid bringing the following items:
- Clothing: Jeans, short skirts, female trousers, low neckline clothes, tight clothing, jewellery, coloured makeup.
- Revealing Clothes: Clothing that shows the midriff or upper body.
- Prohibited Items: Cooking utensils, personal furniture, candles, weapons, knives, boiling rings.
- Harmful Items: Bottles, bleach, or other chemicals, bushy hair, beards.
