BAT Global Graduate Programme 2025 - Operations

British American Tobacco Nigeria runs a training scheme for new graduates.

The goal is to build future leaders in business operations.

The training lasts 18 months and runs across many job areas.

You will work and learn from day one.

You will join other graduates for a two-week academy, with one week held in London.

See what job areas are involved

You will rotate through parts of the company tied to supply, products, and service.

These include:

• Make – Learn steps in the manufacturing process.
• Plan – Handle supply and demand.
• Logistics – Work with flow and movement of goods.
• Procurement – Support buying and spend plans.
• Service – Help customer support and global systems.
• Product Innovation – Work with the team that connects product ideas to sales.

You must meet these conditions:

• Hold a degree in Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain.
• Finish NYSC.
• Have no more than 3 years of work experience.
• Be able to move across cities or countries.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Manage tasks and make sound choices.
