The Benue State College of Nursing Sciences, Makurdi, has announced the sale of admission forms for the 2024/2025 academic session.
This is an opportunity for candidates seeking to enrol in the General Nursing Science Programme.
Admission Requirements for Benue State College of Nursing Sciences
Candidates interested in the 3-year General Nursing Science Programme must meet the following requirements:
- Possess five credits at SSCE, GCE, WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, obtained in no more than two sittings. These credits must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- NABTEB results cannot be combined with results from other examination bodies.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a statutory declaration of age or birth certificate.
- Provide a certificate of origin.
- Submit two recent passport-sized photographs.
Application Cost and Payment Procedure
The cost of the application form for the General Nursing Science Programme is ₦15,000.

Applicants should note that POS or cash payments will not be accepted.
After payment, candidates must take the teller to the Office of the Permanent Secretary at the Benue State Ministry of Health and Human Services to obtain the application form.
Application Submission and Aptitude Test
Once completed, the application form should be returned to the same office along with photocopies of all relevant documents.
The aptitude test will be held at the Benue State College of Nursing Sciences, Makurdi, and candidates are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before the test begins.
