Bayero University Kano (BUK) has scheduled the 39th Convocation Ceremony from Wednesday, 12th to Saturday, 15th February 2025.
Graduands must complete payments for certificates, alumni fees, and hiring of academic gowns.

Approved Charges for Certificates and Alumni Fees
Undergraduate Graduands
- Certificate Charges: ₦12,000
- Alumni Fees: ₦2,000
Undergraduate Graduands (Affiliated Colleges)
- Certificate Charges: ₦14,000
- Alumni Fees: ₦2,000
Postgraduate Diploma Graduands
- Certificate Charges: ₦18,000
- Alumni Fees: ₦5,000
Master’s Graduands
- Certificate Charges: ₦20,000
- Alumni Fees: ₦10,000
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Graduands
- Certificate Charges: ₦25,000
- Alumni Fees: ₦10,000
Academic Gown Purchase Fees
Graduands may purchase academic gowns at the following costs:
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD): ₦50,000
- Master’s: ₦40,000
Convocation Registration
Graduands must complete the registration process through BUK Convocation Portal (https://mybuk2.buk.edu.ng/convocation/).
