Bayero University Kano (BUK) Directs Students to Vacate Hostels
The management of the Bayero University Kano (BUK) has directed all its students residing in the campuses to vacate the hostels.

Following the extension of the ongoing warning strike by members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), for another two months, the Principal Officers at its meeting held on Monday, 14th March, 2022, has directed that all students residing in the campuses to vacate the hostels on or before Sunday, 20 March, 2022 for their own security.
The student should equally note that the management, will as from the said date, suspend the provision of all municipal services in the hostels. This is, in order to forestall any unforeseen act of criminality, as well as its attendant consequence
In the same vein, the Management has approved the suspension of the students’ on-campus job scheme until resumption of full academic activities.
