These must include: English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, Physics and Chemistry. Possession of JCHEW certificate is an added advantage with 2022 JAMB score of 120 and above. |

Candidates with the above qualifications should possess five (5) O’level credits in relevant subjects at not more than two (2) sittings at WASCE/SSCE/NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent. 8. | PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING | TWO (2) YEARS | (a) Nigerian Registered Nursing (NRN) certificate. (b) Registered Midwife (RM) certificate or any other Basic Nursing certificate eg. Psychiatric Nursing certificate plus one (1) year post qualification experience. (c) National Diploma or its equivalent in nursing (d) BNSC candidates from Universities accredited by NUC, the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) and WAHEB. (e) BNSC candidates from Universities outside the country with evidence of verification certificate and licensed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN). (f) Holders of the above must possess basic O’level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. |

Cross River State College of Health Technology Admission – Method of Application
The Sale of selection forms for JAMB based courses into College of Health Technology Calabar commences on Monday 6th and closes on Friday 17th June, 2022.
To access the online application form candidates should follow the steps below
- Go online to http//portal.chtcalabar.edu.ng/prospective _student
- Follow registration process and get payment invoice
- Take payment invoice to any branch of First Bank Nigeria pay the sum of N10,000
- Return to portal to complete Registration process
Applicants will be subjected to a computer based test between Monday 20th June, and Friday 24th June, 2022. Candidates are therefore strongly advised to check the College website regarding exact dates for their test. Candidates coming in through JAMB are exempted from writing CBT, but will be invited for an interview. Candidates are encouraged to visit the E.U. Prime Cafe for regular updates as well as portal related issues.
