Post UTME Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the Post UTME:
- Minimum of 5 Credits in O’Level results in relevant subjects, including English and Mathematics. (Political Science accepts D7 in Mathematics.)
- JAMB score of 180 and above for the Nursing programme.
- JAMB score of 140 and above for Radiography, Physiotherapy, Medical Laboratory Sciences, and other courses in the Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences, Faculty of Education, and Faculty of Arts, Social and Management Sciences.
How to Apply
Step 1: Change of Institution
Choose Coal City University as your first choice in the JAMB UTME. If you did not select CCU initially, you can change your institution at a Computer Based Testing (CBT) centre or any JAMB Office. Note: This cannot be done at a cyber cafe.
Step 2: Upload O’Level Results
Ensure your O’Level results are uploaded on the JAMB Portal using a CBT Centre or any JAMB Office. Download the JAMB CAPS MOBILE app from the Play Store to monitor your admission process.
Step 3: Print Original JAMB Result
Ensure you have the original copy of your JAMB result.
Step 4: Apply to CCU
Visit the CCU Portal. Click on “Apply for a Degree Programme” to generate an invoice for the application fee of NGN2,000. Enter your JAMB Registration Number and submit.
Step 5: Print Application Form
After submitting your application, print out the completed form.
Step 6: Accept and Print Admission Letter
If admitted, accept the offer and print your admission letter from the portal.
