If you’ve been waiting to step into health tech but don’t quite have the full requirements for HND, the College of Health Sciences and Technology, Tsafe just cracked the door open for you. Applications are now open for Pre-HND programmes for the 2025/2026 session.

Available Pre-HND Courses
This year’s Pre-HND runs across three key areas. Here’s the list:
- Environmental Health Technology – 1 year
- Community Health – no set duration listed (odd, but that’s what they wrote)
- Health Information Management – 1 year
All of these sit under different departments but share the same goal: give you a head start into the health field.
What You Need To Qualify
The basics aren’t too hard. You’ll need:
- Five credit passes in English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics
- You can use results from two sittings, but no more than that
No need to guess. Just check your WAEC or NECO results. If you’re short one subject, best to sort that out before applying.
