•  Follow the steps below to APPLY for our NCE PROGRAMMES
• Candidates should visit the Application Portal @ https://applicants.coeminna.jsp.ng/auth/new-applicant
• Candidates are required to fill in the Biodata, Contact Information, Choice of Programme, Health Information
• Make Application Fees Payment via Remita either Online or Banks
• After successful payment, candidates should click on ‘Final Submission’. This will allow candidates to print Acknowledgement Slip and Receipt
• Wait for Online Screening later.
