College of Nursing Maiduguri Post-UTME Form 2025 | ND Nursing

The College of Nursing Sciences, Maiduguri, Borno State, is now selling admission forms for the 2025/2026 academic session. If you’re interested in nursing or midwifery and meet the conditions, this is your cue to apply.

Available Programmes

Here are the courses you can apply for:

1. National Diploma (ND) in Nursing
2. Community Nursing
3. Community Midwifery
4. Re-training: Community Nursing
5. Re-training: Community Midwifery

Who Can Apply?

For All Programmes

You must have five O’level credits in:

• Mathematics
• English
• Chemistry
• Physics
• Biology

These must be from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or SAISSCE, in no more than two sittings.

Note:

• You cannot apply with an “awaiting result”.
• NABTEB results must be combined only with another NABTEB result.

ND Nursing Applicants

Aside from your O’level, you must have:

• Written the 2025 JAMB,
• Scored 180 or above,
• Chosen relevant subjects like Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English.

For Re-training (Nursing and Midwifery)

You must have a valid practising licence as a Community Nurse or Midwife.

Also, you must be at least 17 years old at the time you buy the form.

Important Dates

• Form Sales Begin: Wednesday, 3 July 2025
• Closing Date: Tuesday, 5 August 2025
• Entrance Exam: Saturday, 9 August 2025
• Time: 7:00 a.m.
• Venue: College of Nursing Auditorium

How To Apply

Follow these steps carefully:

1. Pay a non-refundable ₦10,000 through Remita to the College of Nursing Sciences account
2. Take proof of payment to the Bursary Department
3. Visit conmmaid.admissions.cloud and follow the application instructions
4. Print and submit your completed form to the school’s Admin Office
5. Collect your exam card at least one week before the exam date
