CONAMKAT Refresher Basic Nursing Admission List 2023

The College of Nursing and Midwifery, Katsina (CONAMKAT) proudly announces the release of the 2023 admission list into the Refresher Basic Nursing Programme. This announcement is for all successful candidates who have been admitted into these programmes at the Kasimu Kofar Bai College of Nursing Sciences Satellite Campuses. The online registration period commences on Thursday, May 18, 2023, and concludes on Sunday, May 28, 2023.

Online Registration Procedure

The CONAMKAT admission process has been designed to be user-friendly, and the method of online registration is as follows:

1. Visit the official CONAMKAT website: www.conamkat.edu.ng.
2. Click on the ‘Student Portal’ link.
3. Proceed to click on the ‘STUDENTS REGISTRATION PORTAL’.
4. To fully understand the online registration process, click on ‘REGISTRATION GUIDELINES’ and carefully read and follow the instructions provided.

Required Documentation

All successful candidates are required to present to Kasimu Kofar Bai College of Nursing Sciences Satellite Campuses, Katsina, the original and three copies of the following documents:

1. College Admission Letter (To be printed online, in COLOUR, and on cream CONQUEROR Paper)
2. Biodata Printout
3. Course Registration Form
4. Payment Slip
5. Completed Acceptance Form
6. Completed ID Card Form
7. Completed Library Form
8. Completed Undertaking Letter
9. Completed Guarantor’s Form
10. Medical Examination Form
11. Six (6) Passport Photographs
12. Acknowledgement Card
13. SSCE Certificate or Statement of Result
14. Secondary School Testimonial
15. Primary Certificate
16. Primary School Testimonial
17. Indigene Letter
18. Result Scratch Card(s)
19. One (1) A4 Rim Paper

Please note that items 1–10, 18 and 19 can be printed from the Registration Portal.

Candidates are urged to complete their registration within the specified timeline, as failure to register by Sunday, May 28, 2023, will result in forfeiture of admission.
