College of Nursing Sciences, Obudu Admission List 2025/2026

Cross River State College of Nursing Sciences, Obudu has released its admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has approved two batches of 60 candidates each, totalling 120 admissions for the College. While the final batch of 60 candidates is still pending, all students who have already been admitted are advised to accept their offers immediately to avoid withdrawal of admission.

Admitted candidates can check their admission status only through the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) portal.

Follow the steps below to confirm your admission on the JAMB portal:

1. Visit the JAMB e-Facility portal.
2. Log in using your JAMB username and password.
3. Scroll down and click Check Admission Status.
4. Select Access my CAPS.
5. Click on Admission Status to see if you have been offered admission into Cross River State College of Nursing Sciences, Obudu.

Possible Responses on JAMB CAPS

1. Admission Offered – Your admission has been approved by JAMB. You can now accept or reject it on the CAPS portal.
2. Admission in Progress (AIP) – Your application is under review and awaiting final approval by JAMB.
3. Recommended – Your name has been forwarded for consideration and is awaiting JAMB’s final approval.
4. Not Admitted – You have not yet been offered admission. This may mean the next list is still pending.
5. Pending – Your application is still being processed, and a decision has not been made.

How to Accept or Reject Your Admission

If you have been offered admission, proceed to accept or reject it through any approved JAMB CBT Centre or via SMS.

To use the SMS method, send ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to your JAMB profile. Ensure you have at least ₦50 airtime on your main balance. Borrowed credit is not supported for this service.

Once you have accepted your admission, you should print your JAMB Admission Letter for documentation.

Accessing the Portal on Mobile

Some mobile users may not see the full admission page. To view all options, switch to desktop mode using your browser. On Chrome, open the settings menu and select Request Desktop Site to display the complete CAPS interface.
