College of Nursing Sciences, Tambuwal Admission Form

The College of Nursing Sciences, Tambuwal admission form has been released for the 2024/2025 academic session. The online application process begins on Friday, 2nd August 2024, and ends on Tuesday, 10th September 2024.

Entry Requirements

Applicants must have five credits in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. These must be obtained from WAEC or NECO in no more than two sittings.

Application Process

Online Application Procedure

1. Visit the College of Nursing Sciences Tambuwal website and click on the “Online Application Portal” link under the Students Section. Alternatively, go directly to the application portal.
2. Click on “Start New Application” and read the instructions carefully.
3. Create an account by entering your basic information and clicking “Register”. Your application information will be sent to your email.
4. Use your username and password to log in. Click on “Generate Invoice” to create an invoice for ₦11,000.
5. Click on the “Pay Using Payarena” link on the invoice. Select “College of Nursing Sciences Tambuwal”, enter your payment ID and email address, and make the payment with a debit card. You can also print your invoice and pay at the POS on the College campus.
6. After payment, log in again to confirm the payment. Upload your passport, update your bio-data, fill in your previous academic records, and upload your signature.
7. Print your Application Acknowledgment Slip and Payment Receipt for records.
