Covenant University Distance Learning Admission Form

The Covenant University Distance Learning Programme Admission Form has been released for the 2024/2025 academic session. This programme is offered through the Covenant Centre for Open and Distance e-Learning (CCODeL) and provides a flexible way to earn a degree.

CCODeL at Covenant University offers a flexible and convenient distance learning platform. This programme is licensed by the NUC and accredited, ensuring the same quality of education as on-campus students. It is designed to make higher education accessible to all.

Requirements for Admission

Undergraduate Requirements

• Students must be at least 16 years old at course commencement.
• Candidates need at least five credits, including Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Physics, and one additional subject from Biology, Computer Science, or Computer Studies, in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. This must be completed in no more than two sittings.
• All applicants undergo an interview as part of the admissions process.
• Candidates not meeting the entry criteria may still be considered based on previous academic history, work experience, and life skills, as evaluated by the Academic Director.

Postgraduate Requirements

• Students must be at least 18 years old at course commencement.
• Interested candidates should complete the application form on the CCODeL portal (https://ccodel.covenantuniversity.edu.ng/apply-form/) and provide all required documents.
• An interview is part of the admissions process.
• The Academic Director may consider candidates not meeting the entry criteria based on their academic history, work experience, and life skills.
