First Semester

• 2nd December 2024: First semester begins.
• 2nd – 20th December 2024: New students complete online registration, screening, and documentation on campus.
• 9th – 20th December 2024: Returning students complete online registration.
• 23rd December 2024 – 2nd January 2025: Christmas break for all students.
• 6th January – 28th March 2025: Lectures for all students.
• 18th – 19th February 2025: Orientation and matriculation ceremony.
• 31st March – 4th April 2025: Revision week for all students.
• 7th April – 19th April 2025: First semester examinations.
• 21st April – 25th April 2025: Semester break.

Second Semester

• 28th April 2025: Second semester begins.
• 28th April – 18th July 2025: Lectures for all students.
• 21st July – 25th July 2025: Revision week.
• 28th July – 9th August 2025: Second semester examinations.

SIWES/SWEP Programme

• 25th August – 17th October 2025: Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) and Student Work Experience Programme (SWEP).
