• You’ve completed NYSC or have an exemption letter.
• You earned at least a Second Class Lower if you hold a university degree. For HND holders, Upper Credit is the minimum.
• You are 28 years old or younger.

Who Can Apply?

• You must have finished NYSC or have an exemption letter.
• Your degree should not be less than a Second Class Lower or, if you hold an HND, you should have Upper Credit.
• You should be 28 years old or younger.
