DELSU online certificate collection portal steps

- Use the DELSU Certificate Status Portal login page
- Pick the graduation year and tap “CHECK YEAR”
- Verify with surname or matriculation number, then select the right record if more than one shows
- The portal shows Attestation (no payment), Certification status (processing), or Certification details (issued)
- Courier and shipping are available; collection by proxy is not accepted
- For support, click “Support” on the homepage
The Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, is informing all graduates from N.C.E, Diploma and Degree Programmes that certificate collection is now online. This covers the process for collecting degree and diploma certificates, using the Certificate Status Portal.
Graduates are required to follow the steps below to process and collect their certificates:
- Visit the DELSU Certificate Status Portal
- Select the graduation year and tap “CHECK YEAR”
- If the records show, enter surname/matriculation number and click “VERIFY SURNAME/MATRICULATION NUMBER”
- If more than one name appears, the graduate should pick the correct record
- The portal will redirect to the right page:
- Attestation if payment has not been made
- Certification status if payment has been made and the certificate is being processed
- Certification details if the certificate has already been issued
- Courier and shipping services for certificates are available, because the University will not honour collection by proxy.
