Entry Requirements and Eligibility

Before plunging into the application process, it’s crucial for potential students to assess their eligibility. The candidate must meet the following criteria:

• They should possess at least five credits in SSCE (WAEC & NECO), G.C.E. O’Level, NABTEB, or its equivalent in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
• Candidates should have sat for the 2023 UTME in subjects relevant to their chosen course of study.

Moreover, to be eligible for participation, candidates must have selected Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku as their first or second choice and scored 100 and above in the 2023 UTME Exercise. Applicants who did not initially choose DSPG but now wish to apply must complete the necessary changes on CAPS@jamb.gov.ng before applying.

Screening Process

Applicants will undergo a Computer-Based Test (CBT) as part of the screening procedure. Physical screening of the candidates’ certificates and evidence of compliance with the application procedure will also be conducted. Please note, any candidate found to have provided false or inaccurate information will be disqualified.
