Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara (DESPO) has announced that its Higher National Diploma (HND) admission is now open. This is for candidates looking to further their studies after completing a National Diploma (ND).

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, you must:
- Hold a National Diploma (ND) with at least Lower Credit from an NBTE-approved polytechnic
- Have completed one year of Industrial Training (IT)
- Possess five O’Level credits, including English and Maths
- If you have a Pass grade in your ND, you’ll need at least two years of post-ND work experience
How to Apply
Here’s a simple step-by-step:
- Visit the DESPO Admission Portal
- Choose HND Application Form
- Pay the ₦15,000 processing fee using a Verve or MasterCard
- Fill out the form online and submit it
- Print two copies of your acknowledgment slip
What to Bring for Screening
Once the screening date is out, come with the following:
- Four passport photos (one on each form and both slips)
- Bursary receipt for the form
- Your ND result or certificate
- Birth certificate or age declaration
- Local government certificate
