Dennis Osadebay University (DOU) Admission List 2025/2026
Dennis Osadebay University has released the admission list for 2025/2026. Candidates can now check their names on the JAMB CAPS portal. Please read further for steps and key notes.
Dennis Osadebay University, fondly called DOU by many, has let out the much-awaited admission list for the 2025/2026 session. For those who sat on pins and needles waiting, the news is here. The names are now live, but you must take a little walk through the JAMB portal to see your status. Not on the school’s website yet, just JAMB’s CAPS platform.
How to check the Dennis Osadebay University admission list
Now, if you are wondering where to click or tap, do not worry. The process is fairly plain, but a small slip could leave you stuck. So here is the rundown, short and clear:
- Head to the JAMB EFacility portal.
- Sign in with your JAMB username and password.
- Scroll till you find Check Admission Status.
- Tap on Access my CAPS.
- Click Admission Status and you will see if Dennis Osadebay University picked you.
On a phone, the page may play tricks. Many only see a welcome page. If that happens, try Chrome and pick “request desktop site”. It opens the full page, no magic needed.
What each response means on JAMB CAPS
When you check, you might see one of a handful of messages. Each one says something different about where you stand:
- ADMISSION OFFERED
Lucky you. It means JAMB has signed off your offer. You can now accept or reject it right there. - ADMISSION IN PROGRESS (AIP)
Your school has looked at your file and pushed your name forward. Still waiting for the head of the school and JAMB to give the final nod. - RECOMMENDED
Same as a gentle thumbs up. The school has picked you, JAMB just needs to check the boxes before stamping it. - NOT ADMITTED
Sorry, not yet in the net. Could be the list is not out in full or your application still sits on the shelf. - PENDING
Your file is still being turned over. No yes, no no, just waiting.
What next if your name shows
If you do see your name, the next move is simple but very important:
- Send either ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 with your registered phone number.
- After accepting, print your JAMB admission letter to keep it safe.
It is like a receipt, you will need it later. Do not put it off.
Final note
To those whose names made it onto the Dennis Osadebay University admission list, big congratulations. For others, keep hope alive, as lists sometimes roll out in parts. Nothing is set in stone until all is done. And as folks often say around campus, “no be who first enter class dey finish first.” Patience may yet pay off.
