DSUST tuition fees reminder: "No school fees, no examination" starts 2 March 2026

The management of Delta State University of Science and Technology (DSUST), Ozoro, now Southern Delta University, has issued a reminder to the university community on tuition fee payment for the current academic session.

With first-semester examinations close, the university has activated the “No school fees, no examination” rule; the directive is Set for strict compliance.

What DSUST is enforcing

DSUST states that the “No school fees, no examination” policy will be strictly enforced by the newly inaugurated Task Force Committee for School Fees Drive. The task force is expected to enforce compliance on the examination floor; students who have not paid should not expect entry.

Examination date and payment deadline

The university has clearly stated the key date for first semester examinations:

Examination start date: 2 March 2026

All outstanding fees are to be paid on or before the start of the examinations; payment timing matters.

What happens if a student does not pay

DSUST states that students who have not cleared their financial obligations will be barred from entering the examination halls and will not be allowed to sit for any papers; a student can reach the venue and still be turned back.

Message to students

Management urges all categories of students to give tuition payment priority to avoid disruption to academic work. The notice serves as a final call before the task force begins full operations on the examination floor; act early, stay clear.
