The event will take place on Thursday, 27 March 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

• Presiding Officer: Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olanrewaju Olaniyan
• Matriculation Lecture Speaker: Professor Olatunde O. Fawole (Former Rector of The Polytechnic Ibadan and Former Chairman of Committee of Provosts and Deans, LAUTECH)

The following groups are expected to attend:

• Senate Members
• Management Team
• Deans and Directors
• Heads of Departments and Service Divisions
• Faculty Officers
• Students’ Representative Leaders
• All matriculating students

Time and Seating

All attendees should be seated by 9:30 a.m.

New students are required to participate in this event.
