PUMS Postgraduate Admission Form for 2025/2026 Session

The School of Postgraduate Studies at PAMO University of Medical Sciences (PUMS), Port Harcourt, runs full-time postgraduate programmes meant to grow research thinking in graduates. How to Apply

The application form is completed online. Candidates should use the official PUMS postgraduate application portal at portal.pums.edu.ng/admission-postgraduate.php

Application steps

  1. Complete all required fields and select Proceed.
  2. The system logs the applicant in and opens a dashboard to finish the form.
  3. Pay the application fee using the stated account details and upload payment proof. No payment, no submission.
  4. After final submission, print the application form and transcript request form. Send the transcript request to the former institution. Name changes should be clearly stated.
  5. Keep a printed copy of the application. It may be needed later, so best not forget it.

Applicants can log in with their email and password to continue or check application status before final submission.

Transcripts may be sent in hard copy or soft copy. Soft copies must come from institutional email addresses and be sent to spgs@pums.edu.ng.

PhD applicants may later receive an invitation for proposal defence. The date will be shared when ready.

All admission offers stay provisional. The School of Postgraduate Studies keeps the right to confirm, offer, or decline admission.
