Scholarship Categories
Undergraduate Full Scholarship Award (UFSA)
- This scholarship is available to candidates who selected EDSU as their first choice in the UTME.
- Only five candidates demonstrating exceptional academic performance will receive this award.
- Applicants must score a minimum of 260 in the UTME.
Indigent Students Scholarship Award (ISSA)
- This scholarship is for indigent students from Edo State.
- It covers tuition fees for any programme except Medicine, Nursing, Law, Medical Laboratory Science, and Engineering.
- Candidates must score at least 180 in the UTME and provide proof of indigency.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have written the UTME for the 2024/2025 session.
A minimum score of 260 is required for the UFSA, while 180 is needed for the ISSA.
Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English.
Edo State applicants must provide proof of indigency for the ISSA.
Candidates must meet the entry requirements for their chosen course of study.
These scholarships are not available for oversubscribed courses like Medicine, Law, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, and Engineering.
Screening and Interview Details
The screening and interview process will include a CBT assessment.
