EDOCNS Orientation Programme 2025/2026 Schedule

The Orientation Programme has been officially scheduled for newly admitted National Diploma (ND I) Nursing students of the Edo State College of Nursing Sciences (EDOCNS). This event marks the beginning of the academic journey for the 3rd Cohort of students for the 2025/2026 session.

Details of the EDOCNS Orientation Programme

All newly admitted students are expected to attend the two-day orientation exercise as outlined below:

• Date: Monday, 20th – Tuesday, 21st October 2025
• Venue: Main Auditorium
• Time: 8:30 a.m. daily

Students are required to be seated by 8:00 a.m. each day. Attendance is compulsory, as the programme will cover key areas that will help new students settle quickly into academic and clinical life at the college.

What to Expect During the Orientation

During the EDOCNS Orientation Programme, students will be introduced to the college’s academic structure, clinical practice guidelines, and general code of conduct. The sessions are designed to help participants understand what is expected of them in both classroom and hospital environments.
