EDOCNS Post Basic Nursing Admission Form 2025/2026
The Edo State College of Nursing Sciences (EDOCNS) invites qualified male and female candidates to apply for its Post Basic Nursing programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The programme runs for 18 months and is open to applicants with the required O’Level subjects and a valid licence as a Registered Midwife. The process is fully online and helps candidates submit their details with ease from the first day of the application window.

Applicants need five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB in no more than two sittings. Each candidate must also hold a current licence from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria as a Registered Midwife. These two points form the base for entry into the Post Basic Nursing programme.
How to apply for the Post Basic Nursing programme
The application runs from 8 December 2025 to 31 January 2026. All submissions are made online through the college portal at portal.edocns.edu.ng.
Applicants should complete the form on the portal and pay the non-refundable application fee of ₦20,500 to the college. Hardcopy forms are not in use. A working email and phone number must be supplied so the college can reach candidates later in the process. It is safer for each candidate to use a personal email address rather than one from a business centre.
