Edo State University Uzairue Gains Approval for New Postgraduate Programmes

Edo State University Uzairue has received approval from the National Universities Commission (NUC) to introduce new postgraduate programmes.

The programmes include Postgraduate Diploma (PGD), Master of Science (M.Sc), Master of Philosophy (M.Phil), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Anatomy.

Additionally, the University will now offer a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Public Administration.

These programmes will commence in the 2024/2025 academic session and will run on a full-time basis.

The NUC conveyed this approval in a letter dated 11 December 2024.

The letter, addressed to the Acting Vice-Chancellor, confirmed that the programmes would be conducted at the University’s main campus.

Edo State University has over 20 postgraduate programmes currently available.
