Requirements for Admission
Candidates seeking to enrol in the NCE part-time programmes should meet at least one of the following qualifications:
- Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE), G.C.E. ‘O’ Level or NECO with passes in 5 subjects, including English Language and Mathematics. At least three of these subjects must be at credit level.
- Grade II Teacher’s Certificate (TCII) with credits or merits in at least three subjects, including English Language.
- For candidates targeting Vocational and Technical Courses, qualifications like R.S.A or City and Guilds Intermediate Certificate along with a Federal Craft Training Certificate are acceptable.
- An Associateship Certificate in Education awarded by an approved institution can also be a valid entry point.
- Candidates who have successfully cleared the Pre-NCE final or MPCE examinations are also eligible for admission.

How to Apply
Candidates keen on enrolling in the part-time programmes must pay a non-refundable fee of N4,000.00 at the bank through the Bursary Office. Upon payment confirmation, candidates should visit the Degree Unit with the blue receipt to collect the admission form.
Note: Once admitted, part-time NCE students are required to register at a JAMB-accredited CBT Centre.
