1. Go to the Federal Polytechnic, Ede portal at https://www.federalpolyede.edu.ng/entranceForm/login.php (https://eportal.federalpolyede.edu.ng/apply/).
2. Provide your form number and password in the required columns.
3. Click ‘Login’ to access your profile.
4. Finally, click on ‘Reprint Complete Form‘ to access the document that contains your Federal Polytechnic, Ede post-UTME score.

Note: Aggregate Score = (Jamb Score/8) + Post UTME Score
