Important Details for Registration

Payments

All NCE III and Degree IV students should make payments alongside their school fees through their portal. The portal will open on Monday, 1st July 2024. External candidates are to pay into the following designated bank account:

Special Notice for Previous Candidates

260 TRCN candidates who paid for the TRCN PQEI examination during the 2002/2003 academic session but did not register for the examination need to pay an additional N4,000 based on the new TRCN fee regime to take the examination. Only those part of the 260 candidates should make this payment.

Registration Procedure

Regular Students

  1. Visit the TRCN Registration Portal.
  2. Log in using your Matriculation Number as the username and “password” as the password.
  3. Change the password to your preferred new password.
  4. Fill in all required fields in the form, including uploading a recent passport photograph.
  5. Ensure you enter your eleven-digit NIN number and GSM number.

Note: The registration portal will close on Wednesday, 31st July 2024. No further extensions will be granted.

External Candidates

  1. Make the payment at the bank.
  2. Change the bank teller to a receipt.
  3. Submit the receipt to the Division of Examination and Records with your NIN and telephone number written on top.
  4. Follow the same registration procedure as regular students.
