FUAHSE Post UTME/Direct Entry Form for 2025/2026 Admission
FUAHSE has opened its Post-UTME and Direct Entry admission for 2025/2026. This post covers who can apply, the available courses, and how to register. If you’re planning to study any health-related course, this is for you.
The Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu (FUAHSE) has started admission for the 2025/2026 session. Applications are now open for both UTME and Direct Entry candidates. The portal closes on 19 August 2025. If you’re aiming for 100 Level or Direct Entry into health-related fields, take note.
Who Can Apply?
UTME Applicants
- You need at least 150 in your 2025 JAMB
- You must have five O’Level credits, including English Language, in subjects related to your chosen course
- Even if you didn’t choose FUAHSE as your first choice, you can still apply, but you’ll need to do a change of institution on the JAMB portal
Direct Entry Candidates
- You must hold a ND, HND, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- O’Level credits are also required
- Your academic transcript must reach The Registrar, FUAHSE, Enugu by 19 August 2025
- Without that transcript, you won’t be considered

How to Register
Step 1: Start from the Portal
Visit FUAHSE Admission Portal
Step 2: Generate Invoice
Enter your JAMB Registration Number to get a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR)
Step 3: Make Payment
- UTME: ₦2,000
- Direct Entry: ₦30,000
Pay through the bank or online with your ATM card
Step 4: Complete the Form
- Return to the portal
- Click on Apply
- Fill in your bio-data and O’Level subjects
- Double-check before submitting
- Print your acknowledgment slip
After submission, you’ll receive a link to upload your O’Level credentials.
What to Expect
There’s no physical screening. FUAHSE will review:
- Your JAMB score
- Your uploaded WAEC, NECO or GCE results (via JAMB CAPS)
Don’t Forget These
- Use a valid email and mobile number
- Upload O’Level results to JAMB CAPS by 19 August 2025
- Applications submitted after the deadline won’t be processed
- Only those who finish the full process will be considered
- You must be 16 years or older
- If your JAMB records need updates, handle it with JAMB directly
