FUASK Registration Guide 2025/2026 For New Students

The Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia (FUASK), Kaduna has rolled out the registration steps for the 2025/2026 academic session. For fresh students, this is where the admission letter begins to turn into real life. 1. Academic Office
Submit:
- FUASK Admission Letter
- School Fee Receipt
- Acceptance Fee Receipt
- JAMB Admission Letter or Change of Institution Slip
- O’Level Result (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB)
- NIN Slip
- Birth Certificate and Indigene Certificate
Collect:
- Academic Clearance Slip
2. Departmental Clearance
Submit:
- All credentials once again
Collect:
- Departmental Clearance Slip
3. Student Affairs (Accommodation)
Submit:
- Departmental Clearance Slip
- Accommodation Receipt
Collect:
- Residency Permit
4. University Health Centre
Submit:
- Medical Fitness Report from a government hospital
- Departmental Clearance Slip
- Accommodation Slip
5. Course Registration
- To be done on your student portal
- Departments will guide students to complete this part correctly
