FUET Matriculation Gown Collection and Document Submission (Jan 2026)
Cleared students of the Federal University of Environments and Technology (FUET), Koroma/Sakpenwa, Rivers State, have a set window to complete document submission and collect matriculation gowns. The notice covers only students who have been successfully cleared; those students are expected to take part and finish the matriculation process.
A formal notice signed by the Admissions Officer, Dr. Margaret Ilarisigh Egbagiri, states the dates and the required documents (students should read the checklist twice; small mistakes can waste a whole trip).
Dates for FUET document submission and gown collection
FUET scheduled the exercise for Monday, 26th Jan, 2026 to Friday, 30th January 2026.
During this period, cleared students are required to:
- submit their documents, and
- collect their matriculation gowns.
Who must participate
This instruction applies to successfully cleared students of FUET, Koroma/Sakpenwa. If a student’s clearance is complete, the next step is simple: show up within the dates and complete the process.
Required documents (four complete photocopy sets)
Students are to come with photocopies of four (4) complete sets of these documents:
- Clearance Certificate
- FUET Admission Letter
- Guarantor’s Form
- O’Level Result(s)
- JAMB Result Slip and Admission Letter (institution and candidate copies)
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
- Local Government Identification Letter
Four complete sets means four full rounds, not four random pages. Students should arrange each set properly (order matters on a busy desk), then keep the originals safe in a separate file.
What the notice is saying in plain terms
FUET is using this exercise to wrap up matriculation steps for cleared students. Submitting the required documents and collecting the gown within the stated dates is part of finalising the matriculation process; students who have been cleared are expected to comply.
