FUEZ 2nd Batch Admission List 2025/2026

The Federal University of Education, Zaria (FUEZ) has released the second batch admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session. The Office of the Registrar (Academic) confirmed that this new list of admitted candidates is now on the JAMB CAPS portal.
Every candidate with a provisional offer now needs to follow the simple steps below to keep the admission safe and move on to full registration.
FUEZ update for 2nd batch candidates
The second batch list contains names of candidates who have been offered provisional admission into various programmes at the Federal University of Education, Zaria.
To keep this offer, students must:
- Accept the admission on JAMB CAPS within the time given.
- Print the official JAMB Admission Letter.
- Wait for the school’s registration schedule to be made public.
Each step matters, because JAMB and the university use these records for clearance and student files.
Step 1: Accept and print the JAMB Admission Letter
First, successful candidates should visit any approved computer-based test centre. A full list is on the JAMB authorised CBT centres page. Staff at these centres can help students log in and complete the process.
At the centre, candidates should:
- Log in to their JAMB profile.
- Confirm the admission offer.
- Print the JAMB Admission Letter.
This letter will be needed for clearance, record keeping, and later steps in registration.
Students who cannot reach a centre soon can still accept the offer by SMS. They may send the word ACCEPT to 55019 or 66019 from the phone number used for JAMB registration. The phone line must be the same one that was linked to their JAMB profile.
Step 2: Confirm the admission on JAMB CAPS
Admission on paper is not enough. Every candidate must also accept the offer on the JAMB CAPS portal.
Key points:
- Acceptance on CAPS is mandatory.
- The time window is two weeks from the date the offer appears on CAPS.
- Any offer that is not accepted within this period will be removed by the system.
Students are advised to log in to the JAMB CAPS portal often until they see “Admission in progress” change to an offer they can accept. Once the “Accept” button is clicked, they should check that the status changes to “Admitted”.
Step 3: Wait for the registration schedule
The university management stated that full details of the registration schedule will be released later. This schedule will guide new students on:
- When physical clearance will start.
- Which documents to bring to campus.
- Where and how to pay school fees.
- How to complete faculty and departmental registration.
Students should keep an eye on official channels, such as the school’s announcements and their JAMB profile, so they do not miss future updates.
No date has yet been given in the notice, so any timetable from other sources should be treated with care unless it matches an official message from the university.
