Apply Now: FULAFIA Postgraduate Supplementary Admission 2024

The Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA) has commenced the sale of postgraduate supplementary admission forms for the 2023/2024 academic session.

This opportunity is open for candidates interested in online and regular onsite programmes under the College of Postgraduate Studies.

Admission Requirements

Postgraduate Diploma

• Candidates must meet the matriculation requirements of the university.
• Graduates of FULAFIA or any recognised university must hold at least an Honours degree.
• Holders of Higher National Diploma (HND) must have at least an upper credit pass in relevant disciplines.
• HND holders with lower credit may qualify if they have a minimum of five years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Other qualifications acceptable to the Board and Senate may also be considered, with or without relevant experience.

Master’s Programmes (M.A./MFA/M.Sc.)

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Sc.) in relevant fields from a recognised university.
• A minimum of a Second Class Lower Division with a CGPA of 3.0 is required.
• For History and International Studies, a CGPA of 2.50 or a 50% score is accepted.

M.Phil./Ph.D. Programmes

• Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognised university.
• A minimum CGPA of 3.5 on a five-point scale or a 55% average score is required.

Professional Degrees

• Candidates with cognate experience in the discipline applied for may be considered.

Important Notes

• A qualifying examination will be conducted, and candidates will receive details via email and text message.
• Candidates must download the Transcript Request Form and ensure their previous academic transcript reaches the Secretary, College of Postgraduate Studies, FULAFIA.
• The sale of forms will commence on Monday, 25th November 2024, and close on Sunday, 22nd December 2024.

Interested candidates should visit the FULAFIA College of Postgraduate Studies portal (https://cpgs.fulafia.edu.ng/) to initiate payment of ₦31,000 for the application form.
