- Delivered an inaugural lecture.
- Broad, hands-on experience in running university affairs.
- ICT competence and readiness to push for digital change.
- Familiarity with Nigeria’s educational system.
- Emotional intelligence, leadership that values diversity, and the ability to manage a big, varied community.
- Sound health, spotless character, and under 65 years old by the start date.
