FUMHSF school fees for 2025/2026 session explained

Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences, Funtua has published the approved school fees for students admitted at 100 Level for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The figures cover all compulsory charges. Nothing hidden. Optional costs are listed separately, so students know what applies and what does not.

Fees fall under two main groups. The difference comes from the programme type.

Total fees by programme group

Medicine and Dentistry
Total per session: ₦273,000

Nursing and Allied Sciences
Total per session: ₦263,000

The gap is small, but it exists. Mostly from faculty and field-related charges.

Breakdown of compulsory charges per session

Most charges are the same across programmes. Below is how the money is spread out.

Faculty charges and field work differ slightly.

Add everything up and the totals match the approved figures.

Courses under each fee category

Medicine and Dentistry group

Nursing and Allied Sciences group

All students in these programmes follow the same fee structure for their group.

Other charges students may face

Some payments apply only if needed. These are not part of the main school fees.

Hostel space depends on availability. Once filled, that’s it.

Payment notes students should read

The acceptance fee of ₦10,000 is paid once during online registration. Late registration attracts weekly charges and stops after two weeks.

All payments are made through Remita on the school portal. No cash handling.

How to pay school fees

Students should visit the official FUMHSF portal at portal.fumhsf.edu.ng. From there, go to the fees section, generate a Remita invoice, and pay using any supported channel such as bank branch, mobile app, internet banking, POS, or ATM.

After payment, return to the portal to confirm the status.
